RBT ABA Therapist - One-on-One Autism Therapy & Growth

Abilities Unlimited is currently hiring for a Registered Behavior Technician. Below is the details of the position: Position Overview As a Registered Behavior Technician, you’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental challenges. You’ll work in various settings—homes, schools, and community environments—to support each child’s growth and help them reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities Provide direct behavioral therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Follow and implement individualized behavior intervention plans Teach skills in areas such as communication, social interaction, academics, and daily living Collect accurate data during each session Communicate effectively with families and team members Be punctual and reliable across all assigned sessions Requirements Education: High school diploma (Required) Registered Behavior Technician 40 hour training (Preferred) Experience At least 1 year of experience working with children (Preferred) Prior ABA or special education experience is a plus RBT Work Location: Clarksville, Pleasant View, Dover, Tennessee Salary And Benefits $20-$26/hour depending on experience QSEHRA health benefit plan options Sick time + PTO Drive time reimbursements Paid training and ongoing BCBA supervision Supportive, BCBA-led Ownership Powered by ExactHire: 201617 #J-18808-Ljbffr Kona Medical Consulting
