ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2017 and is a close-knit team of five who value experience, discipline, and strong relationships. I've been in the insurance industry for 26 years and joined State Farm in 2012. Over the years, I've built this office on consistency, integrity, and a commitment to serving customers the right way.

We stay active in the community by volunteering with the Rodeo for the past five years, supporting Meals on Wheels for seniors, and contributing to Easter Seals. Giving back is important to both me and our team.

Our office offers flexibility with scheduled time off, team outings, team-building events, birthday lunches and gifts, and big milestone celebrations. When goals are met, we travel together. We also attend an annual conference, offer a Simple IRA, and pay for licensing up front.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Vahn Doctolero - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
