Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

North Brunswick, NJ

Full-Time | In-Person

$80,000 - $115,000 per year + Bonus Opportunities

We are partnering with a well-established ABA provider seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its growing clinical team in North Brunswick, NJ.

This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, values clinical excellence, and is passionate about helping children and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) achieve meaningful progress.

Responsibilities

•Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

•Design, implement, and supervise ABA programs.

•Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff.

•Monitor client progress through data collection and program analysis.

•Provide parent and caregiver training.

•Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.

•Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and state guidelines.

Qualifications

Required:

•Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

•Active New Jersey BCBA/LBA credential (or ability to obtain before start).

•Experience providing ABA services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

•Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
