Global Benefits Manager - Data-Driven & Compliance Leader

Virtusa seeks a strategic and data-driven Benefits Manager to oversee the end-to-end benefits strategy for the US, Canada, and Mexico. You will design and manage comprehensive medical, dental, vision, family, and financial wellbeing programs, and partner with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and HRIS teams to optimize plan performance, budgets, and renewal processes with external brokers. The ideal candidate will leverage digital tools and data analytics to drive plan efficiency and personalization
