Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA)

We are growing fast and looking for an energetic, skilled, team-oriented EFDA who can keep up with a fast-paced office while still making patients feel comfortable and cared for. This is not the position for someone who likes to stand still and watch the clock. We need a true dental-office quarterback: someone who hustles, solves problems on the fly, supports their teammates, and knows how to keep the day moving smoothly while still having fun doing it. ✨

What We’re Looking For:
Current EFDA certification/licensure
Must have and use dental loupes
Ability to work efficiently and confidently in a busy environment
Strong restorative skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude with excellent teamwork skills
Someone who can multitask without becoming overwhelmed
Strong communication and patient care skills
Problem solver who can think ahead and adapt quickly
Reliable, motivated, and self-driven
Someone who brings good energy to the office every day
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting doctor chairside during restorative and expanded duty procedures
Performing EFDA duties according to state guidelines
Maintaining efficient patient flow throughout the day
Taking digital radiographs and impressions/scans
Helping create an exceptional patient experience
Sterilization and operatory organization as needed
Supporting teammates and contributing to a strong office culture
