BioAgilytix seeks a scientist to lead routine bioanalytical assay execution and data interpretation for client studies. The role involves independent laboratory work, technical decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to support drug development programs.
Responsibilities
- Independently execute routine bioanalytical assays and maintain laboratory protocols
- Review, interpret, and document study data with scientific rigor
- Collaborate with laboratory operations, quality, and project teams on study progression
- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify process improvements
- Seek guidance from leadership on novel or complex scientific challenges
Requirements
- Laboratory experience with assay development or execution
- Sound technical judgment in data review and interpretation
- Ability to work independently on routine scientific tasks
- Experience with scientific documentation and quality processes
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
