Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Administrative Coordinator at Cousins Maine Lobster located in Somerset County, NJ. The coordinator will handle HR administrative tasks, including managing HR policies, HR management, communication, and training. They will also perform day-to-day analytical tasks, communicate with customers, provide excellent customer service, support sales, and train new team members.
