Insurance Account Manager | $60,000 to $75,000 SalariedWork Schedule: Monday through Friday | 9:00am to 5:00pm Location: Danvers MAJob Duties: This role is ideal for a service-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values strong client relationships, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team. You'll play a key role in delivering responsive day-to-day service, maintaining account accuracy, and supporting both client retention and growth.Manage a portfolio of personal and commercial lines accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships through responsive, high-quality serviceRespond promptly to client inquiries, service requests, and issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfactionReview client exposures and existing policies to ensure appropriate coverage; process policy updates and changes as neededCollaborate with producers to support new business, including quoting, binding, and onboarding new accountsDeliver accurate, timely day-to-day service while effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and service standardsMonitor carrier turnaround times and follow up on policies, endorsements, and claims to ensure efficient processingConduct regular account reviews focused on retention, coverage accuracy, and identifying cross-selling opportunitiesWhat You Start Out With: Established client base and strong carrier relationships across MA, NH, ME, and CTOpportunity to manage a diverse book with the support you need to succeedClose collaboration with experienced producers and team members who genuinely support one anotherLong-term growth potential within a stable, community-focused agencyTownsend Insurance Group | Danvers MA We are a local independent insurance agency, specializing in a wide range of insurance products for personal and business needs.
