M&A Manager (m/w/d)

Title: M&A Integration Manager Company: Established Public Technology Company Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 + bonus + RSUs + relocation assistance (if needed) Location: Onsite in San Diego (relocation candidates encouraged to apply) Join a highly visible finance team supporting strategic initiatives across a complex, global organization. This role partners with leaders across finance, accounting, and business operations to drive critical projects, support organizational growth, and improve business processes. Support cross-functional finance and operational initiatives. Partner with stakeholders to evaluate processes and identify improvement opportunities. Prepare financial analyses and reporting to support business decisions. Coordinate project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications. Assess risks and support implementation of effective solutions. Contribute to process improvements, standardization efforts, and operational efficiencies. Support special projects and ad hoc analysis as business needs evolve. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field. ~6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, consulting, or related functions. ~ Experience supporting large-scale business initiatives, integrations, or transformation efforts. Background in public accounting, consulting, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
