Key Responsibilities Utilize evidence‑based practice and provide rehabilitative and medically necessary treatment interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist. Administer rehabilitation procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive and assistive devices, under supervision. Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatments accordingly. Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders. Assist in preparing discharge summaries and other required documentation. Document all required regulatory and clinical information electronically and maintain patient records per company policy. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Prior experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred; new graduates welcome.
