Case types: General, Ortho, OB

Supervision model with MD involvement; ratio approximately 1:2 to 1:3

Operating rooms: 5 anesthesia rooms

EMR: Epic

Current CRNA certification

Active Illinois license

BLS and ACLS

Estimated privileging timeframe: approximately 60 days

Accelerated privileges may be available for qualified candidates

Travel and lodging support is available as outlined in the order details

Malpractice insurance coverage

Weekly electronic pay
