Stay Hands‑On: Oversee and assist with Cat6, single‑mode, and multi‑mode fiber installations. Manage Buildouts: Own the planning for MDF/IDF layouts, cable pathways, and print reading. Coordinate Tech: Install and supervise paging, wireless/AP, CCTV, and access control systems. Daily Operations: Plan manpower, set production goals, and coordinate with other on‑site trades. Site Safety & Admin: Enforce safety compliance, track inventory, and submit daily spreadsheet updates. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years in low‑voltage data cabling, with proven experience as a Lead or Foreman. Technical Skills: Mastery of Cat6/Fiber termination, testing, and structural print reading. Equipment Savvy: Comfortable operating 40 to 60‑foot boom and scissor lifts. Tech Literacy: Proficient with smartphones, emails, and Excel/Microsoft Office tools. Logistics: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, basic tools, and reliable transport. Must be willing to travel extensively to project sites. Must be comfortable working 50 to 60‑hour weeks.
