This includes assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship. Your exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English will enable you to effectively interact with our bilingual clients and their families.Responsibilities:Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and groomingAssist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundryEngage in conversations and activities with clients to promote socialization and mental stimulationMonitor and report changes in client condition to our clinical teamMaintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services providedCollaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality careAbout the Role:As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare of Prosper, you will be part of a dedicated team that is committed to providing exceptional care and support to our clients.
