Open Positions for Shifts 36hr Nights 24hr Rotating (Day/Night) Shift Differentials Weekday Evening – $3.00 Weekday Night – $6.25 Weekend Day – $2.50 Weekend Evening – $5.50 Weekend Night – $8.75 Job Description What You’ll Do Clinical Care & Decision Making – assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care. Develop culturally competent plans of care based on patient needs. Provide age‑appropriate, evidence‑based nursing interventions. Continuously evaluate and adjust care plans; engage patients and families to build strong relationships. Educate patients on conditions, treatments, and preventative care; integrate cultural, spiritual, and personal preferences into care plans. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, supporting a positive, learning‑focused clinical environment. Act as a role model and resource for peers and team members. Apply evidence‑based practice and clinical scholarship. Maintain competency in technical and specialty nursing skills. Participate in quality improvement and regulatory readiness efforts. Safely delegate tasks in accordance with the MA Nurse Practice Act (244 CMR 3.0). Maintain accountability for patient outcomes and delegated tasks. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Active Massachusetts RN license. BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross). At least one year of experience, preferably in an ED or Critical Care. Skills Strong clinical judgment and technical skills. Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities. Pay Range $37.00 - $95.37 per hour. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
