We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy helping customers, and have experience in customer service or sales support, we’d love to hear from you. Job Responsibilities:• Provide customer support and order status updates
• Process customer orders, changes, and returns
• Respond to customer questions and concerns
• Partner with sales representatives to exceed customer expectations
• Maintain accurate communication and reporting Qualifications:
• Experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales support experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
