It is structuring complex channel partner deals. It is designing a business model with three distinct revenue streams and a set of financial dynamics that require rigorous, sophisticated thinking to manage well. It is planning to aggressively acquire companies. This role exists because the financial architecture of Amiara is not simple… and it matters enormously that it is built right. The CFO Chief of Staff is the person who sits at the intersection of financial strategy, investor relations, and operational excellence. You'll work directly with the founders on the $50M raise — building models, preparing materials, managing the investor pipeline. You'll own the financial operations infrastructure. And you'll serve as the strategic finance partner who makes sure that every major decision at Amiara is made with the right financial picture in frame. This is not a back-office role. It is a front-row seat to every high-stakes financial decision in the company… and the person who fills it will have a direct line to the founders, real ownership, and the chance to build something that lasts.
