Full-Time Physical Therapist (Outpatient) Multiple Locations in Louisiana

We're hiring licensed Physical Therapists for full-time outpatient roles at four locations across Louisiana. Whether you're a seasoned clinician or a new graduate, this is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization that prioritizes flexibility, innovation, and career development.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services in a dynamic outpatient setting
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
  • Use a streamlined, therapist-friendly EMR (with integrated AI scribe) for efficient documentation
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and home exercise programs
  • Stay current through professional development and advanced clinical training opportunities
Schedule & Patient Load:
  • Full-time hours, Monday through Friday
  • Average of 11 patients per day
  • Fast hiring process expect weekly follow-ups and potential offers within 12 weeks
Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Masters with significant experience considered
  • 2-4 years of outpatient experience ideal new grads encouraged to apply
  • Active Louisiana PT license or eligibility via compact licensure
  • Candidates from inpatient settings may be considered if transitioning to outpatient
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must pass background check; no prior license suspensions or disciplinary history
