What You'll Do

• Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Track orders from entry through delivery
• Answer customer questions by phone and email
• Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping, and returns
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding updates and issues
• Maintain accurate records and customer information
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and internal team members
• Help identify and resolve order discrepancies
• Support daily office operations and customer satisfaction initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Order entry or order processing experience
• Experience using Outlook, Excel, and business software systems
• Inside sales, account management, or administrative experience
• Experience working in a professional office environment

No experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills. Additional compensation opportunities are available for candidates with customer service, order management, logistics coordination, administrative, or leadership experience.

Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
