Your main job is to bring high energy, light up the room, and make every single guest feel welcome. Posting on social media is a huge +++ * Engage guests: Chat, laugh, and connect with regulars and newcomers alike. * Sling drinks: Pour beers, mix classic drinks, and keep the bar moving fast. * Own the vibe: Control the music playlist and keep the room's energy high. * Keep it real: Maintain a clean, and safe bar. Who You Are * Vibrant personality: You have infectious energy and a natural gift for conversation. * Thick-skinned: You handle high-volume stress and loud crowds with a smile. * Reliable partner: You show up on time and ready to work hard. * Experienced (preferred): Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and standard cocktails is a plus. But we can teach anyone so personality is most important.
