Medical Assistant Multi-Specialty Clinic

Responsibilities:

Room and prepare patients for examinations by obtaining vital signs, documenting medical history, and updating patient charts/EMR

Assist physicians and providers during examinations, procedures, and treatments across multiple specialties

Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, EKGs, injections, and other clinical duties as needed while adhering to infection control standards

Administer medications and treatments as directed by the physician and within scope of practice

Coordinate patient flow, schedule appointments, and provide patient education regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care

Maintain accurate documentation, verify patient information, and ensure all medical records are completed in a timely manner

Prepare exam rooms, sterilize instruments, stock supplies, and ensure clinical areas remain clean and compliant with safety standards

Collaborate with providers, nurses, and administrative staff to support efficient clinic operations and deliver high-quality patient care
