Our client, a respected Palm Beach County firm, is seeking an Estate Planning & Probate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its Boynton Beach office. The practice advises individuals, families, retirees, and fiduciaries on estate planning, asset protection, probate and trust administration, and guardianship matters.

This is an in-office role in Boynton Beach, where you will work closely with clients and the private client team.

What You'll Do

• Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives
• Guide personal representatives and trustees through probate and trust administration
• Prepare probate filings and attend hearings as needed
• Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and family offices
• Meet with clients to understand their goals and explain planning options

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of estate planning, probate, or trust administration experience
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• Excellent client communication skills
• LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is a plus
