- Safely transporting residents to and from medical appointments, social activities, and other outings
- Ensuring the comfort and safety of residents during transportation
- Maintaining accurate records of transportation trips and resident information
- Collaborating with the care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Adhering to driving and transportation policies and procedures
- Drive company vehicles to transport residents to and from medical appointments, social activities, and other outings
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition
- Maintain accurate records of transportation trips, including resident information and any incidents that may occur
- Communicate with the care team and other staff members to ensure seamless coordination and care
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families
- Adhere to driving and transportation policies and procedures
- CPR Certification preferred, or willing to obtain
- Prior experience in a healthcare or transportation setting preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work varying schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
