Contacts current and prospective customers to sell and explain services. Builds and maintains good customer relationships through consistently ethical behavior and excellent communication skills. This position is not eligible to take incoming leads.Primary Duties:Responsible for running sales leads, explaining services and warranties, and closing at the expected rate while building lasting relationships.Self generates leads when qualified leads are not provided by HomeTeam Pest Defense.Generates an expected amount of revenue per week, as defined in branch sales goals.Plans daily to maximize the number of leads worked.Meets with all assigned prospects via door knocking each day.Completes all HomeTeam assigned training.Follows-up with customers to close the sale, answer questions, and explain services and warranties.Provides appropriate paperwork to support all sales.
