We believe in finding, enjoying, and achieving a better way as we strive every day to be the employer and provider of choice in the communities we serve.We're looking for a highly skilled, compassionate Registered Nurse to join our home health team in Vallejo and the surrounding Solano County communities. This is a part time position. You'll provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, looking after their safety, comfort, and well-being. You'll work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to build and carry out an individualized care plan for each patient, and you'll educate and support their families along the way. The goal is simple: help every patient reach their highest level of independence and quality of life.Coverage Area: Vallejo, CA and surrounding Solano County communities.
