ABOUT THE ROLE As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , you will work directly with children diagnosed with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to support communication, independence, skill development, and everyday routines. You will follow individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and provide structured, hands-on therapy based on each child's individual needs. WHAT YOU'LL DO Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Help reduce challenging behaviors while encouraging positive alternatives Accurately collect and document client progress data Collaborate with your supervising BCBA and clinical team Maintain consistent, professional, high-quality care REQUIREMENTS Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with children with autism Reliable transportation and consistent availability Strong communication and organizational skills Dependable, professional, and compassionate Commitment to providing high-quality ABA services career. #J-18808-Ljbffr
