Lynd Management Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a multifamily property.

This position is responsible for cleaning vacant apartments, model apartments, offices, clubhouses, laundry rooms, and other shared areas used by current and prospective residents.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, notices the small details, and understands how a clean and welcoming property contributes to an exceptional resident experience.

What You'll Do

• Clean offices, clubhouses, model apartments, and public access areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, remove trash, and clean windows and surfaces.
• Thoroughly clean vacant apartments and prepare them for new resident move-in.
• Clean kitchens, appliances, refrigerators, counters, cabinets, sinks, and floors.
• Clean bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, tubs, cabinets, and floors.
• Complete final touch-up cleaning of show apartments and move-in-ready apartments.
• Clean laundry rooms, including equipment surfaces, lint traps, floors, and trash bins.
• Assist with removing trash and approved abandoned items from vacant apartments.
• Help maintain clean property grounds, pool areas, and other shared spaces.
• Assist with light interior painting and property clean-up when needed.
• Maintain an organized housekeeping storage area.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report restocking needs to the Property Manager.
• Report maintenance concerns or needed repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
• Assist with cleaning before and after resident events.
• Follow company safety procedures and use cleaning products and equipment appropriately.
• Assist the maintenance team and other property employees as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the property's needs.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of housekeeping, custodial, apartment cleaning, hospitality, or similar experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assignments on time.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a property team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to safely use cleaning products, supplies, and equipment.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing requirements is a plus.
• Ability to maintain a friendly and professional attitude with residents, prospective residents, and employees.

Work Environment and Schedule

This is a physically active position that may involve prolonged standing and walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, lifting, carrying, and working indoors or outdoors.

The work schedule may include weekends, holidays, resident events, or other assignments based on the property's business needs.
