Required Qualifications:

• Active School Psychologist certification/licensure (as required by the state)
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred
• Knowledge of assessment tools, IEPs, and data-driven intervention planning
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and academic assessments for students, including cognitive, social-emotional, and behavioral evaluations
• Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and support for students with diverse needs
• Deliver counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely records and uphold confidentiality
• Support a caseload covering a range of age groups (K-12) with approximately 40 students

Position Details:

• Contract position
• Full-time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Start date: August 12, 2024
• End date: May 30, 2025
