LVN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Job Summary Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health seeks Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Hugo, OK and surrounding areas. This role provides direct, one‑on‑one medical care in clients’ homes for infants, children, and adolescents. Work full‑time and part‑time shifts with days, nights, and weekends available. Key Qualifications Active RN or LPN/LVN Compact license (New graduates welcome; training will be provided). Experience providing care in a client home setting. Ability to make a positive and lasting impression. Strong communication skills with families and medical team. Commitment to patient safety and quality of care. Duties & Responsibilities Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordination of care. Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
