Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Hand & Upper Extremity Orthopaedic Surgeon, you will join our dynamic health-care team in Kearney, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity. Every day, you will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You will practice in our dedicated Orthopedic clinic and have the opportunity to contribute to a highly respected and established orthopedic program and Orthopedic Center of Excellence. To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board-certified or board-eligible Orthopaedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery. You will demonstrate expertise in the evaluation and surgical and non-surgical management of a broad range of hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity conditions, along with strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care. You will also have the ability to thrive in a collegial, collaborative, and supportive environment. Join Two (2) MD's and four (4) APPs. Dedicated Hospital based APP's for IP care Clinic attached to our CHI Health Good Samaritan Hospital. Easy access to OR - In Clinic X-Ray - Tremendous support staff IP Rehab and PMR State of the art operating rooms - pre and post-operative patient care waiting areas Outpatient Surgery Center to extend your practice Level II Trauma Center; we operate the area's ground and air service transport 911 services Rotate Trauma Call: 1:5 24/7 Hospitalist Team.
