Senior Director Marketing, HIV Franchise - Community Marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute community marketing strategy aligned with HIV franchise priorities across treatment and prevention
• Lead high-performing teams managing community marketing, AHCP strategy, and community liaison activities
• Oversee budget management and resource allocation for community initiatives and national presence
• Build and maintain key relationships with community organizations, advocacy leaders, and field stakeholders
• Establish performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable impact across the HIV ecosystem

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical marketing
• Prior people management and team leadership experience
• Deep knowledge of HIV community, advocacy organizations, and healthcare provider relationships
• Expertise in integrated campaign development and omni-channel marketing execution
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to establish KPIs and measure ROI
• MBA or advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) preferred

Compensation: $261,375–$338,250 base salary
