The ideal candidate will coach and develop our advisors and technicians, monitor workflow and productivity, address issues in real time, and create accountability while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.* We offer competitive compensation that is commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, in the range of $125,000 - $155,000 USD AnnuallyWhat will you do?Offers and ensures that the shop offers the highest level of customer serviceAssists the service manager in managing all aspects of service department operations: staffing, provision of vehicle services, warranty administration, client retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and maintenance of all service recordsServes as a liaison between the Shop Foreman, Service Advisors, Parts Personnel, Technicians and Warranty AdministrationThrough communication, oversight and direction works to ensure employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction and return on investmentPromotes the recruitment and development of some or all: Service Advisors, Service Porters, Service Assistants, Valet Drivers, Loaner CoordinatorsLiaison with the manufacturer; works with factory representative to achieve factory objectivesPerform all other duties and special projects as assignedWhat are we looking for3+ years of automotive dealership service experience, with at least 1–2 years in a service leadership/management roleExperience as an Assistant Service Manager, Service Manager, Service Director, or Shop/Service Operations ManagerStrong understanding of fixed operations, including labor sales, technician productivity, repair orders, warranty, customer-pay and internal workProven experience managing Service Advisors and/or TechniciansExperience monitoring and improving CSIStrong understanding of repair order flow, appointment scheduling, dispatching, and shop capacityExperience managing Open-to-Book (OTB), cycle time, productivity, and efficiencyExperience with CDK or a comparable DMSPreferredAudi brand experienceAudi training or certificationExperience with Audi Warranty, parts/service operations, and manufacturer programsExperience leading process improvements that increased CSI, technician productivity, and/or departmental profitability#LI-RL1INDRAAt Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
