We are seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Shoulder Surgeon to join a high-demand, community-based orthopedic program within a leading integrated health system in the Rochester, NY region. This is a true subspecialty shoulder opportunity with immediate surgical volume, strong regional referral demand, and priority access to OR block time and ambulatory surgery centers. Candidate Profile

• Fellowship-trained in Orthopedic Shoulder & Elbow Surgery strongly preferred
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Expertise in shoulder arthroscopy, arthroplasty, and complex reconstruction
• Interest in high-volume subspecialty practice development
• Eligible for NYS medical licensure

PAY RANGE: $500,000.00 - $700,000.00 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
