Family Medicine Physician H-1B (Mandarin-Speaking)
Location : Queens, New York
Position Type : Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible)

Job Overview :
We are actively seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our busy outpatient practice in Queens, New York. Fluency in Mandarin is required to serve the local community effectively. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide patient-centered, high-quality care in a diverse, culturally sensitive environment. H-1B visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver primary care services to patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, with a focus on preventive care and long-term health maintenance
• Conduct telemedicine consultations per week from the office
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Prescribe medications, interpret diagnostic tests, and educate patients on treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Serve as a trusted healthcare advisor and leader in the community

Qualifications :

• MD or DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active New York State medical license (or eligibility to obtain before starting)
• Fluency in Mandarin is required
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to deliver culturally competent care
• Experience in outpatient care settings preferred but not required

Work Schedule :

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week, with 1-3 weekends per month required
• Part-Time: Minimum of 3 days per week

Compensation & Benefits :

• Competitive salary: starting at $260,560 - $312,707 , based on experience and qualifications
