The youth structures are places of exchanges for young people, their families, and Orly associations for the implementation of actions with socio-cultural, democratic, and project support vocations.

Attached to the Directorate of Citizenship, Youth and Sport (DCJS) and under the responsibility of the youth leisure coordinator, you are in charge of the conception to evaluation of projects favoring citizenship, engagement, prevention, and the insertion of young people from 16 to 25 years old. You participate in the development of an approach going towards the young. You implement prevention and awareness actions co-constructed with the young people and the partners of the territory.

Main Missions:

• Conception and Conduct of Projects
  • Design, pilot, and evaluate projects responding to the orientations of the youth policy of the collectivity and to the expectations and needs of young people from 16 to 25 years old.
  • Elaborate project sheets, define the objectives, the means, the evaluation indicators, and ensure their follow-up.
  • Ensure the administrative and budgetary follow-up of the entrusted actions.
  • Develop and animate partnerships with institutional, educational, social, health, and associative actors.
  • Be a force of proposal in the development of innovative actions favoring the autonomy, engagement, and participation of young people.
• Development of Citizenship and Engagement
  • Promote the values of citizenship, living together, and the participation of young people in local life.
  • Accompany the young people in the realization of citizen projects, solidarity...
  • Organize times of debates and information on citizen themes.
  • Favor the expression and participation of young people in the consultation instances of the collectivity.
• Prevention and Sensitization
  • Design and animate prevention and awareness actions (mental health, social networks)
  • Participate in the coordination of prevention actions carried out on the territory.
• Aller-vers and Support of Young People
  • Develop an approach going towards by going to meet the young people
  • Identify the needs, orient, and accompany the young people towards the competent partners.
  • Ensure an individualized or collective support favoring autonomy and access to rights.

Profile:

Knowledge:

• Legislation of the animation sector (welcome of minors)
• Youth, sports, and cultural networks
• Public policy of youth and prevention issues

Technical Skills:

• Project methodology and development of animation/prevention actions
• Techniques of interview, accompaniment, and animation
• Approach going towards
• Partnership dynamics
• Methods and pedagogical techniques of animation

Professional Background:

Diploma from level BAC to BAC +3 (BPJEPS, DEJEPS). Driving license B desired. Experience required with 12/25 years old.

Working Conditions:

Post at 37.5 hours per week, variable amplitude according to the obligations of the public service.

Remuneration:

Statutory remuneration, IFSE, CIA, annual bonus, health participation, transport, CNAS, employer participation on the lunch service provided.
