Lead AI Engineer

As a remote Lead AI Engineer focused on Go-To-Market (GTM) systems, the successful candidate will define the technical vision for AI-powered automation, architect complex integrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into actionable architectural blueprints. Key responsibilities Define and own the architecture strategy for AI-powered GTM systems, balancing low-code automation and custom AI builds Lead architectural design for complex multi-system integrations and real-time event processing across various platforms Drive the evaluation and adoption of emerging AI tools, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of technology while managing technical debt Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record in building production-grade backend systems A minimum of 3 years in a Technical Lead role, with experience in deploying AI agents for real users Hands-on proficiency with LLM orchestration and frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain Strong backend engineering fundamentals, with experience in Python and/or Node.js and cloud-native infrastructure like AWS
