Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator for our wonderful client in Roseville, CA!

We are looking for someone with a passion for coordinating schedules, tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication among internal departments, clients, and vendors. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent multitasking abilities, and have a strong administrative background with project support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, and timelines to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related communication with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Prepare, maintain, and organize project documentation, reports, contracts, and correspondence.
• Schedule meetings, take meeting notes, and track action items and follow-up tasks.
• Assist with proposal preparation, project planning, and administrative support functions.
• Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Track budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and project expenses as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and update project management systems and databases.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, material orders, and project logistics.
• Identify project risks, delays, or issues and communicate concerns to management.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing competing deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination, administrative, or related experience.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Competitive pay: $22-$28/hour DOE
