Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney

Beacon Hill Legal is working with a highly regarded litigation boutique in Michigan in its search for a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to be on the front lines of sophisticated commercial litigation and gain meaningful hands-on experience in the courtroom, in depositions, in motion practice, and through trial preparation. This is not a role limited to document review or behind-the-scenes support. The firm staffs matters with lean teams, giving associates the opportunity to take on substantive responsibility, work directly with experienced trial lawyers, and develop into well-rounded litigators. About the Opportunity The firm is known for handling high-stakes commercial disputes and providing associates with direct exposure to case strategy, client service, written advocacy, depositions, hearings, and trial-related work. Associates in this group are expected to actively litigate, think strategically, and contribute meaningfully to matters from early case assessment through resolution.
