Marketing and lead support to help you build your book of business

• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and networking.
• Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions across multiple product lines.
• Deliver professional presentations of coverage options and explain benefits clearly.
• Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
• Stay informed on industry trends, policy changes, and competitive products.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales and performance goals.

• Active Insurance License (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health).
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Must have ability to multi-task.
• Prior Sales Experience.
