Valley Regional Anesthesia Associates (VRAA) is seeking full-time and PRN CRNAs to join the anesthesia team at Dameron Hospital in Stockton, California.

This opportunity offers flexible 8- and 10-hour shifts, paid call, a diverse case mix, and free shared housing. CRNAs practice within a collaborative anesthesia model at a 170-bed community hospital, providing a strong mix of clinical variety without the pace of a major trauma or academic center.

Schedule and Compensation

$200/hour base and PRN rate

Earn up to $215/hour through VRAA's annual-hours incentive program

8- and 10-hour shifts

Overtime opportunities available

Paid callback hours

Weekday call: $600 per shift

Weekend call: $1,000 per shift

Free shared housing available

Annual Hours Incentive

Full-time CRNAs can increase their hourly rate based on the number of qualifying hours worked during their 12-month service year:

1,980+ hours/year: +$15/hour $215/hour total

1,7551,979 hours/year: +$10/hour $210/hour total

1,1701,754 hours/year: +$5/hour $205/hour total

Qualifying hours include OR hours, overtime, and callback hours, giving CRNAs flexibility in how they build their annual commitment rather than requiring a specific number of shifts every week.

Hourly incentives are paid monthly. Final incentive eligibility is based on the total qualifying hours completed during the service year.

Full-time CRNAs participating in the incentive program also provide mutually agreed-upon call coverage and assist with coverage during either Thanksgiving or Christmas week.

Practice Model and Clinical Environment

Dameron Hospital uses a collaborative anesthesia model, with CRNAs working alongside the anesthesia team while managing cases across five operating rooms.

The hospital is not a trauma center or teaching facility, offering a community-based environment with a broad case mix and the opportunity to become an integral part of the anesthesia team.
