What You’ll Be DoingAs the Hiring & Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our team. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the full recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding new hires. - Sourcing and identifying top talent to join our team of pet care professionals. - Conducting initial screenings and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. - Assisting with employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new team members. - Maintaining accurate records and staying organized to keep the hiring process running efficiently.
What We’re Looking ForTo thrive in this role, you should bring: - At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, hiring, or a related field. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you’ll be the first point of contact for potential team members! - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. - A passion for working in a team-oriented environment where pets and people come first. - The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with ease.
