What You'll Do

• Support clinical interventions following evidence-based practices under a supervising Occupational Therapist
• Deliver rehabilitative treatments including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, and use of assistive devices
• Assess and document patient progress; communicate updates to the supervising therapist
• Provide consultation and support to patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions and progress
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and required conferences
• Assist with obtaining necessary supplies and supervise students under the guidance of the Occupational Therapist

What You Need

• Active State Licensure/Registration
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled rehab highly preferred
• Knowledge of clinical procedures related to occupational therapy
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
