Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active state SLP license in Ohio is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Home health experience preferred. Experience with HCHB (Home Care HomeBase) preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior home health caseload management experience.
• Experience with dysphagia management and cognitive-communication disorders.

Assignment Details

• Shift: Days, 8-hour shifts.
• Part-time schedule.
• Home health setting; candidate may be expected to travel within the service area.
