Key Responsibilities Support high-profile entertainment litigation matters from early case strategy through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, correspondence, and other litigation materials. Conduct legal research and factual investigation for complex entertainment and commercial disputes. Assist with discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation. Work closely with senior attorneys on sensitive matters involving prominent clients and industry issues. Develop litigation judgment, client instincts, and entertainment-industry fluency in a boutique environment. About You JD class year 2022–2024. Strong litigation training from a respected firm, boutique, clerkship, or comparable platform. Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills. Strong judgment, discretion, and comfort around sensitive client matters. Genuine interest in entertainment litigation and the Los Angeles entertainment market. Ability to work closely with senior attorneys in a lean, high-performing team. Polished communication skills, high EQ, and a collaborative approach.
