Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time, in-person position in the Antioch, Illinois area for the 2026–2027 school year. Position Details

• Start Date: August 2026
• Schedule: Full-time, M-F
• Location: Antioch, IL Area
• Caseload: Assigned based on district needs
• Service Areas: Student evaluations, treatments, IEPs, documentation, collaboration

Your Responsibilities

• Provide school-based OT services in alignment with IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and write reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and progress monitoring
• Maintain timely documentation
• Collaborate with special education teams and related service providers

What We're Looking For

• Illinois Occupational Therapy license
• School-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Passion for supporting students in inclusive educational settings
