Job Details

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in California
• Strong foundation and expertise in law, with a focus on construction and engineering
• Previous litigation experience is a plus
• Proficiency in providing legal advice and developing client-focused strategies
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research to support legal matters
• Skilled in effective negotiation and dispute resolution
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving skills with attention to detail
