• Current licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Previous experience providing services in a school environment highly valued
• Solid understanding of best practices in supporting speech and language development in children
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to adapt to diverse student needs

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 20–35 students, shared with another SLPA
• Attend eligibility meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and administrators
• Participate in the assessment process by completing speech evaluations to help determine student needs
• Assist with developing and implementing individualized plans and interventions
• Document student progress and maintain accurate service records
• Foster a supportive, engaging environment that encourages student participation and growth
