Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Transform students’ lives and support their communication development as a Speech and Language Pathologist in a rewarding contract position servicing school-aged children from TK through 8th grade, or dedicated preschoolers (ages 3-5). Located in a beautiful rural area, this opportunity offers three open roles to motivated and compassionate SLPs. Depending on your preference, you’ll either travel to multiple school sites to reach a diverse caseload or work at a single location serving young children.

You’ll collaborate within a supportive special education department alongside two fellow SLPs and a skilled SLPA, sharing ideas and expertise. This role covers the full 2026/2027 academic year, with a potential extension for the Extended School Year (ESY).

Key qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure/certification as an SLP (or eligibility)
• Experience with school-aged and/or preschool populations preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of 35-45 students
• Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a rural or single-site setting
• Bilingual candidates strongly preferred
• Passion for serving diverse learners and exceptional communication skills

Main responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and deliver speech and language therapy services to students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct and consultative services based on student needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
