Who This Role Is For Enjoys meeting new people and building genuine relationships Thrives in a sales‑driven environment Leads with hospitality, not pressure Understands that thoughtful follow‑up is part of great customer service Pays attention to the small details that create memorable experiences Brings positive energy and professionalism to every interaction Takes ownership of every prospect’s journey from first contact to move‑in Who This Role Is NOT For You prefer working behind the scenes rather than interacting with people You see leasing as simply giving tours and processing paperwork You dislike follow‑up or relationship building You need constant direction to stay productive You struggle balancing multiple prospects and priorities throughout the day What You’ll Be Responsible For Greeting prospective residents with professionalism and enthusiasm Conducting personalized community and home tours Building rapport and identifying each prospect’s needs Following up with prospects through calls, emails, and text communication Converting leads into applications and signed leases Maintaining accurate records and prospect communication within company systems Supporting resident retention and renewal initiatives Assisting with marketing, outreach, and community events Maintaining knowledge of pricing, availability, and community features Helping create a welcoming, professional leasing environment What We’re Looking For Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Goal‑oriented with a passion for helping people Positive attitude and professional presentation Strong organizational and follow‑up skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Property management experience is a plus, but not required Why RISE St. Augustine This isn’t just another apartment community.
