Location: Field-Based / Hybrid

UniversaCare is seeking an outgoing, relationshipdriven Community Marketer to expand our presence, strengthen referral partnerships, and support client growth initiatives. This fieldbased role involves networking, attending healthcare and community events, meeting prospective clients and families, conducting inhome assessments, and assisting with client enrollment.

We’re looking for someone personable, proactive, and techsavvy—ready to use AI tools and modern technology to elevate outreach, communication, and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, assisted living facilities, and community organizations

• Represent UniversaCare at healthcare fairs, networking events, and outreach programs

• Promote services and strengthen brand awareness in the community

• Meet prospective clients and families, conduct inhome assessments, and assist with onboarding

• Maintain consistent followup with referral sources and leads

• Use AI tools and digital platforms to support outreach, reporting, and communication

• Collaborate with operations and care coordination teams for smooth client transitions

• Track referral activities, community engagement, and lead generation

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing, outreach, sales, or client relations preferred

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills

• Comfortable working in the field and attending events regularly

• Techsavvy with AI tools, CRM systems, and digital platforms

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

• Home care or healthcare industry experience is a plus
