Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate within Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with other occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, holistic patient care.
  • Guide and Educate: Instruct patients and their families on therapy methods to empower them in fostering continued progress outside the clinical setting.
  • Document and Evaluate Progress: Track treatment outcomes meticulously, making necessary adjustments to ensure patients meet their rehabilitation goals.
Qualifications
  • An accredited degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Commitment to ongoing education and professional development, with opportunities for certifications strongly encouraged.
Certifications
  • Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) credential is required.
